Tenter Chain Services
We provide preventative and corrective maintenance for all types of tenter clips and chains manufactured from companies all over the world. We routinely disassemble, wash, replace bushings and bearings, and reassemble tenter chains as our specialty. We also help our customers source or fabricate replacement parts. We have been rebuilding tenter chains for over 30 years.
Industrial Maintenance Services
Whether our customers need a fan housing rebuilt, parts washed, or a custom rack or crate fabricated for transporting equipment, we have always been able to help. Our shop has heated and ultrasonic parts washers, hydraulic and manual presses, welders, machining equipment and more to meet your needs.
Project Management
When specialty items are necessary our staff has the resources to get the job done. We have staff to develop drawings in-house and coordinate specialty work from our trusted vendors, such as precision grinding, heat treat, surface treatments and coatings, etc. Our staff routinely reverse engineers and develops drawings of parts for reproduction when original drawings are not available.
Bearing Supply
We are an authorized distributor of NTN Bearings and have the ability to work directly with NTN to develop custom bearings for specific applications. We can assist with sourcing bearings to meet your needs.
