Confidentiality. Protecting our secrets and methods is just as important to us as yours are to you. We provide our customers a source for industrial support while maintaining trade secrets. We regularly operate under agreement with several customers regarding confidentiality.
Excellence. We strive for more than status quo and set our goals to be the best. We expect our employees to be responsible to take action and follow through to completion to address what requires attention. We provide our customers with the best of our capability at all times. Our employees are trained to look and see to identify issues and concerns. This assures corrective action is taken to provide a consistent product. Anything less than right will not leave our shop as it affects our reputation.
Dependability. Being available and providing service on schedule is a major part of meeting the customer’s expectations. We work to meet the needs of our customers and maintain their schedules. This includes working around the clock or over holidays when necessary. Our phone is answered in person by our dedicated staff to assure the customer of our dedication.
